This pod racer you see in the video was created using nothing by cinema 4d, no external software's were used. I think this pod racer shows why newer modellers should model most things using HyperNurbs, it gives you more options and a little more PA-ZZAZZ!! to the whole thing.

Depth of field or DOF has never been more essential in a 3d render. It gives your render the extra sense of realism. If something is 5 miles away it shouldn't look as sharp as a knife. These days the audience is very judgmental and basically everyone is a critic so you have to be very careful in what you render and how you render it. Thankfully in cinema 4d it is very easy to add depth to a picture... i recommend that everyone use depth of field in their renders.. trust me , you wont regret it!

This tutorial show how to create a simple cute robot using basic tools in cinema 4d. Learning this will help them learn more about the tools in cinema 4d. During this tutorial we did not use any plugins or any external material. We created all of the textures and in the end i quickly put together a lighting setup which was used in the final render. The final image was then edited a bit in some other program and BAAMMM!!! here we have an army of 3d models of cute robots.
The 3D Nutt Light Kit is finally here after all the anticipation. Haha, who am i kidding a lot of you don't even know this website. The light kit was designed to compliment reflective material specially. It works great with non reflective materials but reflective material is one of the strong points of this light kit. This was made natively on cinema 4d R12 but it should run fine on R11 and R13. The light kit uses "Xpresso" to control the brightness and color of the lighting system. 1 slide controls the whole light system. The controller was made as simple as possible so, it only has a color controller, a brightness controller and an on and off switch. Oh yeah i forgot to mention, that this light kit is 100% Free.
This is a Tank track that was created using only xpresso and cinema 4d and no external 3d modeling plugins were used to make this video. It was very simple and easy and at the end the poly count was wayy lower than i expected it to be. So make sure to check this out because this will be available for download for free.
This was created in cinema 4d in about 15 minutes using a plugin called city kit. The the image file was edited in after effects to color correct add contrast , bit of lens flare and some text. The whole process took about 30 minutes to complete. The render time is very low compared to other stuff i have seen. The plugin is optimized for faster render times so that you don't have to worry that much.3D NUTThttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03867069144399128837noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517489816537397315.post-16720088335680332692011-09-11T23:20:00.000-07:002011-09-11T23:20:32.656-07:00Ivy Generator

Ivy generator is a plug in that is help full to a lot of us who are looking to create an old unused feeling in the subject. Luckily i found a free program that works with cinema 4d and 3ds max called ivy generator. Here you can generate ivy branches and leaves and soo on. This is done on any 3d surface you wish. The software generates the ivy for you on a random path. So far i love the software, you should give it a try at http://graphics.uni-konstanz.de/~luft/ivy_generator/3D NUTThttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03867069144399128837noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517489816537397315.post-11394969879535191562011-09-11T00:00:00.000-07:002011-09-11T00:00:02.161-07:00Addition of Tutorials pageWe are going to add a tutorials page and in that page will be links to some of our favorite tutorials. The tutorials wont be specifically advanced. We will be putting up links to tutorials that are good tutorials not some crazy advance technique. We will be putting up tutorials that will help the ones that do not know about 3d modeling much and would like to learn, our videos will help them learn the basics so that they can later go to an advanced tutorial. We are first putting up a tutorial on brick walls.. i know its not a great wall but its supposed to teach the basics of physics setting in cinema 4d. The physics engine in cinema 4d is very simple and admirable. So please all say welcome to our tutorials page . TUTORIALS
We put up a products page where you can download some free 3d models and others are really cheap and they cost less than ten dollars. All we are hoping for is to provide you with free models most of the time and sometimes post some fancy items that cost a bit of money, we need some money to keep us going. We desperately need some plug-ins that we can not afford to buy. As soon as we can get "Catastrophe" by nitro4d , i swear we will put up at least 10 free 3d models. FYI you will need to sign up with turbosquid to download our models, they handle the money and the 3d model file hosting. Hope we can meet your needs .
